Right on Skrappie! BTW we have rats too. One cream-colored one, and one white one. They're pretty cool.

Hey Skrap. Looking better and better with every pic you post on here. Sorry i missed ya tonight was catching a power nap. Keep up the great work.
nice girls u got there keep it up
Beautiful grow dude.
I've been wanting to do an update, but there is not much to show. More crystals, Bigger buds. I'm not sure how much more i'll update this grow between now and harvest (although there will be pre and post harvest pics!)
Here are how things are now.
Guess the cheap beer brand!
Hey Skrap, how much longer are ya gonna let em go?
Hey progrow.
Thats a good question. The smallest plant looks like its going purple, judging by the trics, I say about 2 weeks for that one. All the others are two to three weeks, Although one of them seems to be threating to take me for a long ride.
I Hope they hurry up though. It would be nice to have something to smoke, and i have plans to use the light in there to help veg some other plants i got going on.
Get that crappy beer away from the sweet bud. lol.
lol Miley! I feel ya about that long ride Skrap. I've got a PPP pheno that runs me ten weeks and could go one more if I let it. Sometimes it seems like it takes forever to finish.
Skrappie that last pic u posted looks pretty damn good man, I bet it is going to smoke wonderfully. Does ur rat smoke?? My ferret always comes to check out the sitch when he smells it.
lookn bloody skrappie:thumbsup:
lookin good but we need a update wit some pics
:stoned:
Skrap how long have u been growing for if u dont mind my asking???
How about some new pics Skrap?

Picture one. Every Growth shoot can be a Cola, Every shoot makes more shoots. This plant has 38 of them fully developed. I'm getting my hands too full. Waiting on the flowering to be done.(Grow two)
two. Some Sweet Tooth that i happened to score at a party. Two things wrong with that whole situation that shows good can come out of bad. I don't like to party. I got a good clone from a party.
three. This is what the harvested plant looks like, well after it was harvested. Please note that this plant had only 10 growth shoots. I did a really poor piss job of LST, but to be honest, I was confused as $hit my first grow.
four. And then there were four.
five. bong bong bong bong bong.
six. The First harvest so far.
:)
thats what skrappie has been up to in a nut shell.
Its time for me to crash tonight, But i will do some canna surfing tomorrow.
Take care everyone, and thanks for dropping by!!:hippy:
They look great dude. Sweet bong. Whats your drying and curing plan for that bud?
Good story, Skrappie!
that was meant to be lookn bloody GOOD skrappie
Right on Skrappie! Fine job sir!
Time to update my good friends of canna on my little secret.
This is once again mostly a picture update, but most don't seem to mind
I switch'd soils for this grow, and i'm put more of an effort into making the soil "alive" instead of just feeding the roots. The results are much more robust, plants. each container is like a little piece of the forest. If a leaf drops, things in the soil will decompose it. its neat. :hippy:
Also, the new set of plants are enjoying life under two suns.
These are from flowering day one mostly.
On another note, I've expanded my training knowledge on this grow. I've got degree in LST now, and i'm going back to school for topping and super cropping, so i threw a few of those pictures in there also.
Enjoy. I'll update as things progress
Skrap, ur forrest looks alive and wonderful:D
R ur 2 suns usually at that height, or did u pull them back for the pics??
Cwesto, They are about 10 inches away from the tops of the plants. For the amount of plants i have now, I find this to be the best for covering all plants with sidelight from each light, along with the main light they get from above. Anyone suggest i move it closer?
Naaaaa, i think 10" sounds good. r all of ur plants girls???
good damm dude. that sheet right there looks NICE as hell. bro.
Quick update.
General Idea of the plants root system in a three gallon pot.
I re potted the sucker into something a quarter of the size and put him in there with the other males, as they belong in the cage, not my garden :)
The Rats will enjoy nibbling of some fresh leaves anywho.
I think i got two more males in the garden, I will know for sure in the next couple of days. I can handle 6 girls, but 5 would crush me.
One more thing, Average tops on the girls are range from 15-20. Some have more some have less.:stoned:
I'm so high.
Do you rats hang from the ceiling of thier cage like a bat? Or was I just high when I went to my friends house and saw this occuring...im also...really...high...Quote:

Any other pets, man?
And what about the photo of them roots in the 3 gallon container? Do you think that is "too tight"?

I was thinking that 3 gallons would be more then enough for this grow. But they are looking a little bound. I'd like some expert thoughts on rather i should keep flowering in those pots, or bring the babies back to veg and get them in 5 gallon ones.
Why do you Forsake me Canna growing Gods?!

good damm dude. them buds right there look NICE as hell. bro.
I plan to update today, but i have a question that i would like to ask my fellow growers, yet another one that will be ignored by everyone.
I'm pretty much an organic grower. The life in my tea brings my ph down a LOT, after its brewed for a few days. Should I bring the PH of my tea up, or Dilute it with PH'ed water?
Last time I did a heavy feeding with a tea i got some PH problems. I watered most of my plants yesterday before the PH issue came up, then it was just bubbled fungi/nute water :)
Please review and advise.
What is the Ph of the tea? What is the Ph of your soil? What is the Ph of your runoff?
You say the tea brings your Ph down?...The Ph of what?...you must be checking something?...:D
haha, thanks Dutch, I write in a frenzy sometimes, and really never end up saying much.
I'm specifically referring to the PH of the tea itself. The tea started off as bubbling water, and i added some mycorrhiza in there, to predigest all the goodies. It took the ph of bubbled water from 6.5 to about 4.5 in a few days. The tea is frothing so i know the little fungus is eating away and multiplying, though I'm afraid their a little too eager have messed up my ph to the point where if i water my plants with this, it will create a problem.
I'm not sure if i should just add some PH up, and adjust it to where i want before I water,
or if the mix is safe now
or i should make another feeding mix, and add like a cup full of the tea to the second mix.
Please advise.
Do not adjust your browser, I am in control of your monitor.
Picture update- Second batch of girls in week 2.
You can see in the above pictures that i had ran into small ph problem right before flowering, They are kind of hungry for N too.
This guy is the leader of my lonely hearts club band. :hippy:
Damn Skrap. Those girls are looking sweet. I wouldnt worry about all those small nit pick problems this late in their lives. Keep it up man.
Here they come, Skrappie. Looks like they'll really take off now, man.
Shov
Looking very nice there Scrappie!!!
Great color, nice flowers, I think Shov is right if you are in the early stages of flower they are going to take off like crazy, you probably already know this, but I had to write something.
Well great grow you have going there and Merry Chistmas!!
