Yeah, sadly, when i was younger i used to be on that Kurt Cobain was god bullshit, but even then it was wayyyyyy before the box set, wayyyyyy before the journals came out and definatley way before all that You Know Your Right and greatest hits albums. I was rockin to in-utero in 6th grade. Sadly i was too young to have ever seen them live, along with a ton of other bands i wish i had.

There's different ways to listen to music. There's music that immediately catches on, and there's music you have to listen to a few times to soak the complexity of the sound, to age like wine.
Yeah most of the music i listen too i had to find one song from an artist that i would keep playing over and over till i got comfortable enough with their sound, then ide listen to their albums. Thats not always the case tho, i love hearing an artist for the first time and and getting instantly hooked. Only a few bands have done that though.
