The British controled opium then turned there backs on it so with more controls came the gangs opium stinks and like weed is too large to smuggle hense the need for a smaller way too smuggle plus less of a stink. as said its not off the top off my head The bbc documentary was very interesting you should try and get a hold of it...........
I an I agree to an extent, but I assure yuo giving addicts heroin HERE is a big mistake.I beleive there are different types of addicts in the sense of where they live ie,Irish from dutch, english from russian.Just to be lear.In an ideal world prescribing a patient who has a drug problem heroin would be great and would almost surely work no competition but sadly every nation be different.Addicts in this country are mostly self centered and would only see it as another way to get high for free.Like all xmas coming at once. Its not to say all are like that but I an I have a lickle experience in this field and I just go on that. Then theres the trials and many experiments were they gave addicts heroin with a lot of success, in Italy,England etc.But again they addicts were carefully chosen it wasnt just anyone with an addiction to heroin or coke or both.Would be better though if addicts could buy there drugs legally rather than off shady fuckers who worship the almighthy paper.\its a tricky one .
Brooklyn, if they legalised or regulated can you imagine the revenue that that industry would generate? This would easily replace the income generated by the war on drugs.Quote:

in case anyone has any doubts left about opiates please read below:
morphine was developed to treat opium addicts.
heroin was developed to treat morphine addicts.
and now its methadone's turn to "treat" heroin addicts.
one did not come about cause the other one was banned.
and to speak this is ludacris. they are all from one plant. if you make product of plant illegal they are all illegal.
if you will write something in this forum thats not opinion based please make sure you cant be proven wrong with a 30 second search on google prior to posting.
But this revenue is shared by public enterprise and not soley the gov't money.Quote:

Admitted there is a black market for tobacco and alcohol, but its small fry in comparison to the revenue taken on regulated product.
This would put the dealers out of business. Why buy your grass from some shady dealer where you can't verify the source, the quality, the strength when you can pop into your local em.. 'erb shop and buy good clean potent mary jane?
Oh, and if you do open a 'dutch bakery' in NY i'm on my way over for a sample :D
