My thoughts after 5 days without cannabis
haven't been on the boards in quite a while. I'm excited that I'm not the only one on the boards who's not smoking right now. I haven't smoked in more than a month - which is kind of cool to say. Being sober isn't so bad but sometimes it gets boring and I miss just chillin out. I am happy that I can still contribute to my smoking friends - helped one of them make brownies over the phone just the other day.
nation - I hope you're staying up even in the winter.
bob - we'll see how long I hold out...at least until I know what my summer job will be and what they're testing policy is like.
thanks for the support everybody. peace out
My thoughts after 5 days without cannabis
Like a lot of people have said
After a while I realized that marijuana or anything else shouldn't affect your mentality.
I used to be a lil burnout when i was younger and prolly ocasionally show a "burnout" trait here and there, but nothing where i have to stop smoking.
It's mind over matter.
Like today for example, one of my bosses was screaming at a co-worker cause he fucked up and used me as an example of someone that can balance marijuana and responsibility, and i didn't even know HE knew i smoked. lol.
But its true, once you realize whats important in life, weed shouldn't stop you from succeding(sp) any more than a lover, friend or a relative can.
I applaud your resposibility tho.

When I know I can smoke to enjoy cannabis for the amazing plant that it is, and not to avoid dealing with issues I have overlooked by smoking more like I have in my past....then I will smoke again.
Words of wisdom.
My thoughts after 5 days without cannabis
Damn, smoking everyday then going cold turkey..must be a struggle eh?
I made this decision like 2 weeks ago, I'm gonna be more responsible and smoke only on the weekends..save money, weed, and tolerance. Gotta admit though the day following the cold turkey is just a big anxiety attack.
My thoughts after 5 days without cannabis
im generally a habitual smoker. lately ive been preferring to smoke at night time after completing my day. doesnt always happen, but its my preference. i just dont like feeling tired and burnt during the day. but over the last week and a half, ive only smoked once, which was two days ago. i do just fine when i have something to occupy my time, and my girl coming home was just what i needed. now i want to start focusing more on school.
My thoughts after 5 days without cannabis
He he. I can smoke all day and still get all my important stuff done. And I do smoke all day every day. And I go to school and have other very important responsebillyties. It's like someone said that everyone reacts different to smoking cannabis. Any way, being hyperactive smoking keeps me calm and releves me from wanting to do stuff all the time. I'm easely distracted and smoking helps me focus, so in a way,if someone takes the pleasure of everyday, allday smokin away from me, :stoned: :stoned: :stoned: :stoned: I'll go nutts!!!!!!!
My thoughts after 5 days without cannabis
I smoke a lot and happen to be a pretty productive person.
But just as in your case, smoking with the fellas too often tends to mess up my rythem and i get nothing done. Whenever that happens i just get back to the basics, slow down my toking a bit and leave the hanging out alone for a while.
My thoughts after 5 days without cannabis
at this point in my life, i can smoke pretty often
when a new job, and lifestyle come along,
i will probably change my habits to once a night like some other folks
