need help young plant problems (pics)
hey thanks for all the feedback, sorry i haven't been updating much.
looks like the plant is making a full recovery.
as you can see i put a little more soil in the pot (the soil settled after watering which exposed the root). i snipped off the mostly dead and dying leaves from the bottom of the plant. flushed it out a couple times just in case i over fertilized.
what do you think, should i snip off the two half-brown leaves on the bottom or just leave them be?
more information:
soil is scott's seed starting soil
using distilled water
lighting is 2x 42w CFL +6x 23w CFL +2x40 floro tube (i'm not using all of the lights at the moment) and more lights will come maybe
nutes are MG houseplant food for veg, MG bloom booster for flower
temp daytime is about 75-85 consistently (depending on how the AC in my apt. is set) with the closet door open (temps get up to 100 if i close the door unfortunately, but my apt. is a pretty low traffic area so nobody's gonna see the plant)
maybe going to try to scrog for the first time, we'll see.
hopefully i have a femme. if so i might end up trying to clone. i'm fairly new to growing, only have 1 successful grow under my belt (1/1 can't be wrong tho) from which i've learned so very much.
thanks again for support

I don't grow soil but it seems to me that someone else around here used that Scotts seed-starting stuff and was having the same problems....slow growth etc....that thing looks really stunted for 30 days old....

damn
do you think if i when i transfer into a bigger container if i use better soil in the transfer it'll make much of a difference?
soil suggestions? it doesn't seem like the home improvement stores around here have much of a selection.
