What is the right way?

Actually the best way to hurt someone is to slowly de-skin them while taking care not to let them die, tohen get pliers and rip off their eye lids, tongue, fingernails and toenails. Then take out their organs one by one in order or least neccessary to neccessary using no pain killers. Hooking up machines to keep them alive, until their body slowly rots away.

i was thinking more of, shoving your hand down there throat, ripping out their heart, and feeding it to them, but your ideas okay too

You could also do that, except cut out chunks of them, place on hooks, and attactch their cut up body in a way to allow them to stay alive, while being chopped up, then after a few days. stitch them back togethor and do what i said before.

actually I got this from a book. It is called the ultramarines trilogy. It is a science fiction novel about warhammer 40000 game. Awesome trilogy. It is from the third book.
