if he has a car, just meet him in a parking lot and deal inside the car. if he doesnt have a car, i'd sujest going to a hidden place (like a walking path in the woods if you have any) . like everyone else pointed out, hes not gonna be a cop since he smoked with you. just make sure he doesnt rip you off. either make sure its weighed out to 3.5 grams, or just be sure that at least the whole length of the bottom of the bag has weed along it.
