Hey guys. my name is tony and this is basically my first post. I want u to know, i have found some great info on this site, and i appriciate it.

My question is, I'm going to pick something up tomorrow and it will my first deal with someone who isnt a close friend. (I was bullshitting with with some guy at a bar and he mentioned he smoked. i asked if he new where i could get some. him and i sampled what he had when we went out for a cig, it was good. got his number and i gonna get an 1/8 tomorrow.) What should i be looking out for tomorrow when i pick it up? what is a good place to meet someone in a downtown area? is there any way to be sure he isnt an authority figure?

Dont do it in a public place, Bring a friend who is smart enough to know what a 8th is. If he slaps a cuff on you slug him in the face and run away.

If he had it on him and you sampled it, AND you're only buying an 1/8, he's not a cop. Cops only shoot for the large stuff. If this guy was planning a "sting" they'd be looking for atleast a couple ounces being sold.

I'd only worry about him being sketchy. Just meet in an open place, even like a mcdonalds would work. But I've never bought from someone I didn't know, so I'm not an expert.

there is a way to determine if he's an authority figure or not and it was made clear when he smoked with you.

if he smoked a bowl with you you should be fine. just make sure you see the shit before you buy and keep a firm grip on your wallet.

im trying to recall the law classes i took... if he was a cop and i asked him something to the effect of "Do you reccomend i purchase this pot" and he said yes, even if he was a cop it wouldent hold up in court because its entrapment. Or, that could be total shit since i smoed alot of pot in collage and dont remember all of it. lol.

Entrapment isn't a get-out-of-jail-free card. Like pixel put, it's hard work to get off on entrapment. Police have been fired for entrapment. Sometimes entrapment takes years.

i thot that if u asked the person before hand if they wer a cop, they had to tell you or its entrapment
