VERY good advice. Good looking girls know what they want bc they get plenty of offers. Going up to her would make you look cheesy. Just say hi and introduce yourself and then do your own thing.

There are two things about an affair in the workplace.

If you do pull it off you need to think about something called familiarity.
You have to work with this person and have an affair at the same time it will get old really quick.

The second thing is if you date, say once, and she says lets just be friends after, then you have to deal with that uncomfortable situation everyday as you have to work around this person.

Advice, Dont go for it.

Ironically its most likely when you adopt the composure of just holding back that, that is when she will most likely flirt with you. In that case it might be better to look for another job if something is starting to happen.

Women will flirt to let you know when to approach her space. So a girl that just started a new job is most likely not going to flirt when she has a new job to think about, its just too much at once.

Id just be casually friendly and ask some light questions here and there and give her several months to settle into the new job. If you see other guys approaching her
just hold back and dont get caught up in the competition/ jealousy games.

I say its probably best to find a girl who is not in the workplace.
