Ex is a lot of fun... jsut drink water and enjoy your trip... grinding your teeth is inevitable... it always happens but its not that bad.... If you take ex on the weekend you will be fine on monday... im fine thje next day...But I do drugs alot.
Make sure to drink as much ice cold water as humanely possible. X messes with your body's ability to control your temp so you need to drink water both to hydrate yourself and to keep yourself cooled down.
Have fun!
 :twocents:
id be too scared to try X :( ive got enough mental problems as it is. even if its not bad the 1st few times in moderate doses id still probably end up in the hospital lol
hell the 1st time i had a hangover i went to the hospital thinking i was either going crazy or dying or both. i don't know what my friends did to convince me to try weed, something magical perhaps.
infact i think i might be dying right now, ive been dizzy for a week and i dont know wtf is happening.
Can you say NEROTIC?
well you don't want to drink as much water as humanly possible, drinking too much water causes hyponatremia
from erowid:
The human body (as with other animals) maintains an equilibrium of electrolytes including salt in the bloodstream as part of its normal operation. Sweating causes the body to lose salt, but the primary cause of hyponatremia in Ecstasy users is drinking enormous amounts of water, which dilutes the salt in the body to a dangerous level. Unfortunately as the electrolytes get out of balance, body systems start to fail and (because of the blood brain barrier), the sufferer starts to exhibit signs of crisis such as diarrhea, over salivation, stupor, vomiting, muscle tremors, confusion, frequent urination, and other general symptoms of illness, and their brain begins to swell. This swelling is called a 'brain edema' or 'cerebral edema' and can (and does) lead to brain damage, paralysis, and death.
its a figure of speech Mr. smart guy.
i just pointed something out that i found interesting that i didn't know could happen, but i've done e and i would definitely recommend it and i haven't had much problems with the keeping hydrated, just keep a water bottle handy for when u get dry mouth
i wasnâ??t being mean, sorry if i sounded that way lol
so what is the coming down from X like? how long does it take to take effect and what are the hangovers like?
