More ecstacy questions

Right, tomorrow night will be my first time on ecstacy and I've heard some nasty things about the comedown, people getting lost in their minds and grinding their teeth...is their any sure-fire way to avoid this or is there at least something I can do to prepare for it? Is it true that if you do it at the weekend the comedown won't end until Monday or Tuesday? Would it affect your answers if I told you these pills were powerful fuckers called "Cherries"? Erm...I kinda meant the time scale not the day. Like will the effect of the comedown last from the weekend to the middle of the week or vice versa. I should have asked the question differently like "How long does it take for you to feel totally normal again?"

You should definately completely write off the day after doing it, however you really shouldnt feel bad more then a day after. Just go to sleep as soon as you feel you can and when you wake up after a nice long sleep you should feel good(maybe a little cranky).

And for grinding your teeth just make sure you have something to chew on so you dont wreck your teeth ie. a straw, stirstick etc. I used to cut off a little piece of straw chew on that and then put a piece of gum in my mouth the straw and gum got all mixed up and it felt/tasted awesome and everyone just thinks your chewing on gum!

I've done ecstasy plenty of times and never experienced anything that I would describe as "losing my mind". Just waves of euphoria and a sense of eternal bliss. Also a deep understanding of what it means to be alive, and some double vision.
Taking a supplement with magnesium is said to help relieve jaw tension, methods mentioned by Bonger also work.

Day after has never been a problem for me, especially not the first times. With more frequent use I have experienced bouts of light headedness the days following, especially when rising quickly. Take a vitamin and try to get some sleep and chances are you wont feel some bad. Especially not after you smoke a few bowls.
