Where i live post-club violence is quite a problem, so by some amazing stroke of genius Leicester County Council have decided it's a good idea to have small speakers on lamp-posts in the city centre playing classical music after the throwing out time. Personally, i think it's a stupid idea, but they claim it has calming effects.

Yeah, i used to drink a hell of a lot, now i hardly ever do! :D
