Well the licence has started at the same time a new study has shown a very high death rate of people fronm drinking.
It'll be cool though, to know you can get a drink in at anytime

Cool. I believe they stop selling alcohol at 2am in California.

I have a year and a half, give or take about a week, until I can buy my own without an acquaintance doing it for me. Hopefully I'll be able to control myself.
