Or who knows, the water was already a yellowy color so maybe that liquid ph test kit wasnt so accurate.

Beta is getting worse =/
The overall color is turning lima bean green.
Really man it just looks like a plant whose bottom leaves dont like being dipped into the dirt and getting water on them with the dirt.
The new stuff looks good.
Those bottom leaves are now toast so dont worry about them any longer. They are going to die, but just let them dry and fall as they may.
I would water more slowly and keep those leaves from dipping into the water.
I think it will be fine. Keep us posted eh?
Hmmm, weird. I guess it could be that... never thought about it.
Water might have splashed on them but they were never dipped in the water.
Here's another plant that seems to be suffering the same fate.
Wahhh.
When you water, it looks as though the water level is rising just enuff to hit those bottom leaves before the water is absorbed.
Looks like all of mine do on the bottom leaves.
Nothing to worry about, I am certain of this :)
It maters not as those bottom leaves are first to die anyhow. But this will happen every time pH down adjusted water hits those bottom leaves.
All is well.....as long as it doesnt show any higher up, thats what it is and you will be fine.
just give it pure h20 and flush out the medium
Seems to be spreading to more than just the bottom leaves and now more plants are affected. I'm just throwing this out, but could it be a root problem?
Pics: Three affected plants. Sole healthy looking plant.
what is that white yellois stuff under the plants in pic 1 and 2 hope that isnt mold kinda looks like it to me do you water in the mornin or at night?
that black dont look good on the tips of the leafs check out overgrow.com in the faqs for plant problems
hey guys could it be a Phosphorus dif. thats what mine did at the beginin i just fead mine and the propblem went away. just a thought ask some other peeps later
fivesmallones: The yellow stuff is perlite. I water in the morning or afternoon if I don't have time in the morn. I try not to water at night to prevent high humidity.
I've asked numerous times about when I should start feeding nutes but I get no replies. Who knows if it's a deficiency...
I'll post in OG and see if anyone adds somethiing in.
