My fucking roommate pt. 2
There are many ways of ridding oneself of an unwanted cohabitant. I suggest a staged approach, using increasing levels of persuasiveness.
A good starting technique would be to follow your roomate around constantly, shouting incoherently at the top of your voice. You will find that after a while they will become disconcerted and leave.
If this fails, you would be best to go on the offensive, and use somewhat more proactive techniques. Try hiding under their bed with a power drill until they go to sleep, and then start drilling up through the mattress and into their back. Laugh manically while you are doing this to improve the effect. This should soon see them off.
A small minority of people will put up with even this level of discomfort in order to avoid moving, and if your roommate should turn out to be one such individual, I would suggest that you adopt the only course of action which is, in my experience, absolutely guaranteed to permanently remove them from your life.
First, incapacitate the offending individual by strapping them securely to a radiator (the radiator can, if you so wish, be left on to increase discomfort). Then, tie a piece of sausage to a long synthetic line, and force feed it to them. After nature has taken its course, the line will emerge from the other end of their digestive tract and you will be the proud owner of a roommate on a string!
Bundle the roommate on a string into the back of your car, and drive to the nearest airport. Tie a long rope to the string through your roommate, and ascertain which aircraft will shortly be leaving for Mogadishu. Sneak onto the runway and covertly tie the rope to the back of the plane.
Your roommate will in this way be towed behind the aircraft to a completely different continent, and you will be free of them forever.

honestly I just want to live with her in peace. I don't think I can afford to live here on my own and she does still owe me about 1100, I know if she leaves I will never see that money and I will be so strapped for rent. Replacing your roommate when you are a pro domme is not easy.

You know I totally get what you're saying, in the meantime I would be on the look out for a new roomie though. It's just that the 'living in peace' thing doesn't look like it will ever happen with her. So far nothing has brought her to her senses. I just hate to see a genuine person like yourself being made a shit out of. It maybe easier in the longterm to forget about the cash she owes, let's face it with her track record what hardship could she bring to your door in the future. Do what you gotta, but in the meantime - keep looking for a replacement.

I think it would help to put an end to any support; loans, borrowing, letting her in because she forgot her key. etc. It's a mistake to enable a parasite. You may be kind hearted, and find this difficult. I think she senses a vulnerability in you, and is taking advantage of it willfully. I have seen this kind of thing before, and believe that if you could percieve her true motives, you'd have no trouble throwing her out, you'd be so mad. She may very well be acting out the irresponsibility and lack of self reliance just to be able to victimize you, and others. There are people who make a lifestyle out of this kind of behavior, and they can get pretty good at it.
I wish you luck; one of the hardest things to do is to rid yourself of a loser once they get the psychological hooks into you. Get past this and I'll bet you won't let it happen again. I know I didn't.

wat does she owe you for?
My fucking roommate pt. 2
when we first moved, I asked if she wanted to move with me, because she was kind of at loose ends as well. Her family laoned her 200$, my family lent me 2400, so of course I paid the deposit, first months rent, ect. She owes me for half the deposit and first months rent. I told her she did not have to pay all the deposit, though she should pay some since she broke the washing machine that came with the property. (and it was brand new too) So at the least she owes me 800 of which she has paid me 100 that I had to ask for. (and since then she has told people she had to "give" her roommate lots of money, and her previous boyfriend called me her warden so I know that anything I say or do is put out into a bad light)
Previously when I call her on this behavior she has been pouty and thrown a little bitch fit at me by packing up all the stuff I ever lent or gave her, and moving it into my room, crying and being a kid. I don't want to deal with that.
Now last month she had a big wad of cash she used for lots of other things, didn't pay me, didn't pay off her bank account, ect. I'm just ill with her lack of responsibility. I don't mind doing some things for her, but I mind doing everything for her. The x-box situation just kind of iced the cake.

next time she goes out... go out afterwards. Maybe she will get that hint lol.

She has no house key? How convenient! :) Give her 30 days' written notice to find a new place to live. Maybe have her sign it too, & make sure you each have a copy. Or perhaps just have both copies notarized.
Then post ads, whatever for a new roommate. If this girl is still there at the end of 30 days, place her possessions outside, then lock the door. Hey, you gave her sufficient notice, so at that point she is no longer your problem.
Good luck to you... having a negative force in one's own home can be very exhausting.
