Eat watermelon, banana and kiwi...a shortage of potassium can cause foot and even leg cramps...terrible ones! You could start taking a multi vitamin too It is worth a try to see if it helps....

You can buy potassium supplements in any of the bigger supermarkets.
Simple remedy you can do while sitting. Put a golf ball on the floor and run your foot over it. Good luck

I dont know if you are aware of this, but a very high percentage of arthritis sufferers found the same pain. Mainly in the Big Right Toe. I studied this subject whilst training for personal trainer award, and all the evidence points towards this being correct!
