Of course. I get it, but she's really hard to catch. Maybe I'll just send an e-mail with the log in it to the hr department of her place of employment. To be honest, I feel dirty about narcing out a smoker. I really do, but she shouldn't have harassed me. We could have been best buds (see what I did there).

This reminds me of a story I heard awhile back on the net. There were two neighbors that were having problems with each other. The one neighbor thought the others house was an eyesore. So he wrote the city and made the guy re-side his house. So forced, the neighbor willing said he would do it. Her and another neighbor have teamed up to harass me and write letters to my house. She threw an egg at my car at one point. I've spoke to both of them face to face. The other neighbor has left me alone, but the one who smokes won't let me be. She doesn't even know that I know her secret. I'm honored to know fellow smokers on my block, but this one has been very problematic (I suspected she was just racist before). I don't know what to do. I've kept a detailed log of all of her incidents, and it just baffles me that she is so arrogant, rude, nosy, AND a smoker (plus she does other drugs which were confirmed on her page). She always has something to say about each little home improvement I have made over the years, and I am just fed up. She won't let me talk to her, or try to resolve the situation like a good neighbor would. I don't trust her, and I think one day she might try to narc on me. Since all of the trouble has happened, I have kept my house free of anything incriminating ( this has been the case for quite some time). I am tempted to ruin her and force forclosure, but what if an LEO moves in next door? I'm in a serious predicament indeed. What would a fellow smoker do in this situation? :(

i know where ya coming from.i had the sme problem years ago when i was still living in estonia..my naber was a total brick..allways writing letters bout me to the counsil and all this shit..i eaven got arrested twice cos he sayd to the police that i assaulted him..and when time went past it got worst and worst..finally eaven police didnt come out cos eaven they relaised that hes a total nut..whe didnt have back there any laws what would say that how green your lawn have da be or anithing like that..but i got him lovely...only thing what he cared bout was how his front garden looks like.(back garden was a skip)so one day in a middle of night me and my mate wentt front of his house and bored 2 gallons of pure undiluted weed killer,and 5 or 6 bottles of bleech on his garden and i tell you what...he moved out 3 days later and sold the house:thumbsup::jointsmile:

I think this also took place in Utah. The person ended up changing the side of his house to something different. But it was funny!

Sounds like shes volunteering to dispose of paper bags of shrimp heads and shells by storing them under her house, way back up out of reach, and all those headache-brown shit seeds in her flower beds. :wtf: Also, some Round-Up might be the perfect fertilizer for her "oh so immaculate" front lawn (Let her explain HER "brown grass" to the city!) Not everyone would be as gentile as you indicate you have been.
