Just got locked up over a gram.

That REALLY sucks. In response to these events ruining your life, I totally agree and know where you're coming from. Prohibition is the thing that ruins people's lives, not cannabis. Screw the cops that spend their whole day punishing victimless crimes instead of actually doing something productive for the public that gives them their whole pay check... We need more real cops in the world, luckily my neighborhood is full of those real cops even though it's peaceful. If you're caught with a gram here, nothing happens; you only get a warning.

@ antzinyopants and GateKeeper Im definitely going to look into Cali or one of the other states that seem to be somewhat lenient like Oregon or Washington.

and Satire you couldn't have said it any better. I'm a very peaceful dude and I never cause problems for my neighborhood. In fact I would cooperate 100% with police out here if they werent such assholes. There was a shooting in my neighborhood last week (very random because its a chill neighborhood) and they were asking questions and I might have been able to help but since they are dicks I pretty much let them know to be on their way because I cant help.

I am originally from Montgomery County. Montgomery County sucks, and that is a deliberate understatement.

As an aside, my experiences with DC cops was always mellow. I think that they see so much REAL violent CRIME that they don't fret overly much over something like a little bud. Maybe I was just lucky, but I've had them walk by me when I was smoking in a public park, say hello and never even mention it. Also, I think pot is fairly well decriminalized in DC, if I remember correctly.

im famous putting blunts out and eating them!! I've had to eat bud with the plastic on it because I didnt have enough time to take it out the bag. In this case I wasn't in an enclosed vehicle or anything so I didnt see a reason to eat it. We were sitting at a park bench not doing anything and a park police pulled up and backed out. When he pulled up we saw him.. when he backed out from the angle it was there was a trailer blocking him from seeing us so I then got up and placed it on the otherside of the trailer and walked back but by the time I walked back hed have seen that I got up so I just sat elsewhere. He told me to get up and by the time we talked for a min his back up was there searching the area... I couldve just ran in the first place but it was just 1 person and usually I dont take park police serious. When his back up came they had vest on that just said police on the back and their uniform was diff. so I thought they were the real police so I held tight.

I moved from the ATL, GA area in 2002 and Im already fed up with it and have been for a while. For every good thing I can say about the County I have 5 negaties. And yea D.C. is very chill when it comes to small stuff because they have so much violent crime over there.

Rep for Northern California........Nuff Said.

Colorado is beautiful, and has tons of great looking women. And so far they seem to be pretty MMJ friendly except in some of the smaller mountain towns.

I am in California. However, from what all I have read, I would move to Denver, CO!! Besided, there is a lot of good fishing there! I understand pot is simply not an issue in Denver! Good luck to you! pr
