Grow room help asap

Ok so iv sorted the air vent and my bb x ww are now in to flower I should of took clones but I ent gonna try and run b4 I can walk.
I have got hold of 6 twin t8 lights 4ft and I was thinking of taking the bulbs and fixings out so I could place them side by side x2 6 tubes with half inch gap between them if I get the 6700k and 4000k bulbs would these work as well as cfl's just for veg and clones.
I plan to have 4 mother plants under one set of 6 tubes and use the other for clones
