I only water once a week...every 2 days sounds a bit much....also, don't think that just because it's a different strain that it's not going to follow the same guidelines as every other strain...they have their differences, but they all basically metabolize at the same rate (they all give off the same amount of heat, with some margin for error, therefore, they're metabolizing the food and water just about the same.) You want to make the plants' roots look for food and water, they'll get stronger that way and learn survival, so that if you screw up in the future, it might not affect them so much...the better the roots, the better the buds; I'm told that one over and over and over and over....and if you overwater and overfert...they'll get "spoiled" and won't do what they naturally do in the wild, spread throughout the dirt and FIND the water and nutes...and you can suffocate them from too much water or food...
Thanks for the advice!!!! :) I will no longer be ferting my ladies. I have already gave them ferts three times at once a week.

The directions on the box say to use 1/4 tablespoon per gallon of water. I follow that to the T.

Hey your right. I won't be giving them much anymore. But is 32oz of water enough for 9gal of soil once per week??
hmmmm....if your plants drink a lot of water and you notice it drying quickly, maybe twice a week, something like that...my plants are starting to drink more water now that they're growing....32 oz for 9 gal pot? Well, I use one of those plastic Solo cups with holes in the bottom of it, and fill it almost completely, for each of my plants in probably 1 gal pots or something like that...if you have drainage at the bottom of your pot, don't worry about it, just soak the soil and the excess will drain off...you wanna get it soaked but let it dry out really good before you water it again...if you don't have drainage at the bottom of your pot, you may want to consider repotting or making some kind of little holes for drainage, that's the surest way to know, let a little excess drip out before you decide you're done watering, but let all that dry out before you water again...good luck with your grow ;) jadeius
oh, by "soaked" I mean "saturated"...not "drowned"
