Used to be. Not anymore. They are currently made in China.

The DBV is made of foreign and domestic parts. It is finished and tested in the USA.

They used to. This is what the new stickers say.

I never smoke out of one can't wait to try it! I ordered last week two more days till it here. I went with a vb hands free! I just hope I can get monster blasts off it!
