What Does ROOT BOUND mean and what does it look like ??
Yea dont worry that pic was just to show you how the top of the light fitting had gone, Had one hanging bulb and one on a reflector, now got them both on dutch barn reflector thingys, But that fitting shouldnt have gone like that surley ? (bloody stuff from china lol)
PH level is 7 on the dot..
Ive now changed pot, flushed her as i think i may have over nut her, was watering every few days with MG and quite a strong mix
only did that as for the first month and a bit she seamed to luv it and grow by the sec,
Is there a better way to grow than in soil ?
Thanks guys and thats cool hemp, i was just panicing last night lol
What Does ROOT BOUND mean and what does it look like ??

Please give me a clue guys

7 is high for soil pH. you want ~6.3. this can vary with strain type, but 6.3 is a good starting point at least.
you probably want to get a few soil grows under your belt until you get a feel for things. hydro is a little more difficult (from what i understand). it's much more sensitive to pH than soil as soil acts as buffer. changes in hydro are very quick. this can very good or very bad!
what kind of soil is that? do you have anything mixed in for drainage? any other additives?
fill out the troubleshooting form in my sig.

ARRRRRRRRRRRRR That was just making me feel well thick,
Here lol
I have my plants in normal soil, well its actually well aged compost with a lil manure etc, Was watering them every few days with Rain water, and prob twice some times more a week with MG, Thats why i thought i poss over net them,
they are under 2 600w lights, one is sunblaster hps sodium thingy and the other is simelar but not as good i think (cheaper brand) had her on 16/8
Just changed her to 12/12, oh and there is a fan going 24/7 also, just inbetween her and the bulbs if u get what i mean...
Sorry to be a dumb ass, but hey i can only get better as i learn lol

you filled out the wrong part of the form. the top part is the key to tell you which questions to answer. if one of the letters in front of the questions coincides with the ones up top(that happen to fit your growing method) then you answer the question below.
like i said, there will be a new form coming.

HA HA sorry, well you read the bit after yea, on what ive done so far ?

did you read the part about pH? the form is there for a reason.
my first GUESS woud be a pH problem. this can cause a nutrient lockout. it doens't really matter which nute it locks out because the pH has to be fixed regardless.
second guess, could be a heat issue. i'm not gonna sit here and run down everything it could be, hence the form. help me help you.
anyone can come in here and guess. most people are gonna tell you to fill out the form. the more information the less variables.
by the way, your soil has nutes in it and then you are adding MG numerous times a week? at what strenght?
see, that would have been answered via the form. i understand it's confusing (not really, it just looks it). there will be a new one coming. until then....
