strange anxiety after smoking ?anybody else get this?
and it happens when ur smoking mids huh? i get the same way i get hgih as hell an then i start to freak out like forgetting to breath and then when i lay down on the couch or bed i freak out even more and have to do something standing or playing with the dogs or something. try smoking some kush, my bro brought me some an i didnt get like that i just felt a good high and relaxed and not wanting my high to end:thumbsup:

hey man keep smoking and the anxiety type feelings will start to fade eventually

i used to get these type feelings but i just pushed em aside, it's hard a first and i still sometimes get them feelings but i learnt to not let them bother me
as soon as you do worry the feelings get worse like in a vicious circle type way
stick with it man, be strong
try smoking half a joint, if the feelings come again stop till they fade then smoke some more....repeat
basically your worried something bad is gvoing to happen but it wont
it is completely normal for you body to react in this way and it can be fixed
thats the feeling we all get when in danger, but obviosly your not in any danger, weed killed nobody yet!

yea thaat what i am trying to do -talk a bit with other people who have similar symptoms and try to deal with it ...
something in my mind tells me its just my mind playing stupid trix...thanks guys your chats have helped me cope with it a it better actually since i started talking about it i havent had a issue ...
which makes me wann go get really high right now...
