i was recently having big probelms with getting seedlings going when using happyfrog which i think is like a fox farm and it just wouldnt get past the first set of leaves, then i got the MG seedling mix which has a lot of Sphagum peat moss, lime, vermiculite, and perlite... its ph is well balence, it holds a lot of water but also get good air... just use a small container because u will want to go into a better probably organic soil.
.. u just need to water just enough till it mositens the area not till water is dripping or even all the soil is wet.. just moist.
u might have to replant(germinate new seeds and start over is what i mean, but if the current container is small enough there is a root coming down, then replant into something biger, and water it just a lttle.... make sure u plant them deep enough so the root has some pressure on it for the root to penetrate down without simply just pushing the leaves up and out of the ground... bury it about good 1/4 1/3 of an inch.
