Do this. Take 1 hit and see how long you are high for and how high. See if you get as tired during the come down. Just take one or two hits and i guarantee you wont get nearly as tired but the high will still be very enjoyable.

Work out a little bit everyday or so. You don't need to join a gym, just do some push-ups. I have my own weight bench, so I bench-press and do shoulder shrugs too. You'll get more energy; you won't be tired so much.
