I jog most nights, but only really go to the gym when I want to roll with my buddies. For a superior workout (I find it works better than weights) I do plyometric exercises and stretch, flexibility is FAR more important than most people make it out to be.
A good place to start is jump squats and plyo pushups. The workouts will KILL you at first, but you'll feel that much better about yourself once you can do twenty jump squats and still breathe easy.
I don't work who wants to work out!!!!
Nah just playing I ride my Mountain bike a lot almost everyday. My legs are getting so big they almost don't fit my Levis.. LOL
Skiing in the Winter Out West Colorado Wyoming Utah Beautiful... I think the best working out because it is so much fun.....
