250 watt HPS or some t5's ?

Hey, I myself would rather go for a 250 watt for that size. but I, like yourself live in an apartment and cant tear shit up (that Much :-) ) to install ducting. If you look at some of my threads, I grow with t-5's but i dont have any flowering pics, if you do search my threads, you will come across a member named "Bombdiggity"- search his threads and you will find a thread growing blueberry and bubblegum. He just finished his first grow under t-5's and has the whole thing there. make your decision from the t-5 view if you cant install the ducting
