I doubt that the evidence for OUI of weed will hold up in court. However i don't know the circumstancial.

the cop came up to us because we got in2 a fight wit a bunch of dudes because they were talkin shit about my buddy so i faught him an the guy at a 7-11 called,an no dude im not canadian i went there 2 go snowboardin an i didnt mean a 30 like a 30oz bear i mean a case of 30 cans of beers but man that sucked i was goin crazy in that cell,an im 17 so yeah i am under age there
