Real quick question

Allow me to clarify on the legal matter.. The tenth amendment forbids congress to impose any legislation regarding public intoxication, and is therefore only made illegal on a state/local level. Check with your state/local laws or a lawyer to be sure.

But usually, a cop won't arrest somebody for public intoxication unless a) he's a real dick or b) you're acting really obscene. Too much paperwork/time/money for the cop. :thumbsup:
