Nothing, because pot isn't legal to begin with it doesn't matter your age if you're on it. It is not illegal to be stoned it is just illegal to poses marijuana.

EDIT: I don't know if the same rules apply here as they do to the drug testing forum but can he even be on here being under 18?

I don't want to be an ass about the rules here I just want a better understanding of them I guess.

You will be fine if you don't have any on you and the chances of a cop confronting you for no good reason as you walk down the street is slim to none IMO:smokin:

Bond, I have not posted here long and am not privy to how the rules work, but have seen people be warned about giving advice to minors. I would like to stay on these boards because I really do enjoy the community and I would like to do so without issue. Because of the lack of a PM system on these boards (which I respect because it's for good reason) I did not really want to make an entire thread about it I was simply asking.

I did not want to sound like I was hijacking the thread and I really meant no harm by my post. My apologies if it was misinterpreted.

i know your not supposed to be on her if yur under 18 but sheesh, when i was younger and had legal troubles, i woulda came here.

im a equal oppertunity advice giver, if ANYONE needs help im down to help no matter what! including (color, race, religion, age, sex, and anything else)

just be cool, keep your answers short and simple.
they give you a sobrity test just be cool, and DO IT!
your HIGH not DRUNK, its almost impossible to tell if somone is high unless your a avid smoker.

I tried to explain myself as thoroughly and simply as I could. I just wanted a clarification of the rules for the future becase I have seen the mods get after people for helping minors in the drug testing forum. Again I am new here.

Regardless I did offer him advice as well and did not come here specifically to start drama.

Again I will apologize that my actions were yet again misinterpreted.

And you are right, I would do the same thing if I were in his or anyones position and had questions or concerns.

Rules are rules and I just did not want to catch any flack for breaking them, but I also would hate to see anyone (including minors) getting in trouble for something so trivial like smoking a little.

Who ever thinks a cop can't arrest you for being stoned is wrong. Its called under the influence in public. The reason why people think nothing can happen to them is because generally people who are stoned don't act like complete drunk idiots but drunk in public applies to pot as well. If your stoned and acting under the influenced when stopped and if you fail the sobriety test then they can either be a huge dick and arrest you or just give you a citation depending on which state you live in but it doensn't matter if you have pot on your or not...having pot on you would just make it worse but bottom line is you can in fact get in trouble if you're under the influence of pot...if you're a retard.

You guys didn't understand once again. I said it was asked by a minor and he asked me and i was clueless and i was signed up to this forum so i thought might as well ask. I never said i was helping the minor out or anything, but if you guys want to think that go for it. And for all the help everyones given me in here thanks, and i know your not trying to start drama but just want to clear things up.

Kronic this has nothing to do with you. The issue was first, whether or not you were a minor, and then if it was cause for not helping you. It has all been sorted out and our further discussion of it was between me and the others we were not talking about you. Sorry to confuse you, don't worry you didn't do anything wrong.

Iris is right, I suppose i was just going off of personal experience and general knowledge that I would not act that way.
