How much exercise do you get?
I exercise cause of the way it makes me feel. All that other stuff about looks and health is just a bonus. Gimme them endorphins man. But unfortunately I hurt my shoulder and keep re-injuring the damn thing. I mostly lift. I need to get more cardio but I'm laying off everything till that damn shoulder gets better. Anything screws it up. That just sucks.
I just noticed, like 4 more posts and I'll have 666. Scary.

I work out at the gym 5 days out of the week for 2 hours each day and let me tell you nothing better then going home and smoking a bowl after the gym

My gym membership expired two weeks ago; can't afford another membership until at least the spring. I'm bummed. I guess I'll have to start walking. I was really getting into the weight training, too. I can tell a huge difference in my legs and arms.
Any suggestions on how I can keep working out from home?

Never worked out at a gym, but I play tennis alot, yardwork, pushups, going on hikes when I get a chance and I used to do some construction.

I have never worked out in a gym either..it is all mostly just natural movement throughout the day that has helped keep me fit..I do like the pureness of fitness without the aid of machines or weights.

a true fitness purist... I've always been wondered by those running machines, I'm sure I could be on one of those all day long if only my stamina would hold up. I am more of a mind exerciser although lately I have fueled my impetus to exercise daily by keeping my body active with simple exercises such as walking, sit-ups, push ups, the classic elementary jumping jacks and tribal dances, I have begun practicing yoga as well... I've always thought that exercising the mind more than my body would be enough, nevertheless its satisfying but not as effective in keeping our vital energy balanced and sharped edged in fluidity. It's necessary to keep your mind and body exercised in a balanced manner not forgetting about one or the other in order to be optimized to the level of being tweaked in order to embark on your daily duties.
Remember Indica=laying on your ass all day long; Sativa=the opposite
