wrap some mylar around the lens of your mobile and try it then
take a picture during the dark period, donot switch back to 24/0 and try to get the pH down a little.
when i start feeding them the ph will be reduced i suppose from the nuts in the water....i am going to do so in a few days time as i can see the first two leaves getting a little bit yellowish....in that way i believe that pH will be around 7 almost neutral.....so far as i can see they have started to grow the third set of real leaves and they seem to grow faster than before....i watered them after almost 3 days and right now my lights have come up again...time to check them out...
another question for you guys.....i have started monitoring the temperature of the room as well....during the light period it is stable at 22 degrees celcius and during the dark period it drops at 18 degrees....is that ok? So far so good, all looking good and growing fast....i am now at day 19 from seed.....unfortunately am not able to post any pictures yet....
if i take the pics during the dark period won't that be disturbing for my plants? or this rule applies only during flowering time?
pretty much just for flowering time... but you shouldn't make a habit of it
: )
day 20 from seed....all looking good except from one....yes....unfortunately one plant seems to be sick....at the tips of the first set of leaves, not the round ones, i can see brown colour....what is this? already i have fed all of them 2 days ago for the first time with nuts less than half strength...anyway next watering is scheduled for sunday....i think is best to drain the buckets a bit....i have already started enriching the air with CO2....i found a guide of how to grow maryjane from NIRVANA at: http://www.cannabis-seeds.cc/guides/...wing_Guide.pdf which describes a very cheap and efficient way to provide CO2 at the plants.....the one with urine and sugar......anyways....what's with the brown colouration on the tips? is it nuts burn? why it has appeared only in one of the nine? (thank god).....
i have read around on how to solve the problem with the brown colour of the tips of the sick plant as i cannot send the photos to my e-mail to post them here....i noticed that the infected leaves where getting dry/crispy as well....i think the problem occured because of my impatience and my love for them....i fertilized them a week earlier and one ,and maybe now second , got sick due to too much nitrogen, even though the nuts where given at a low percentage....anyway i got the bucket in the bathtab and i flushed it with 20 lt (two times the size of the bucket) of warm water....now i have placed the plant right underneath the bulb....the temperature now is around 30 celcius / 86 farenheit....i have a large computer fan blowing fron the surface of the buckets straight towards the bulb and the reflector....as for the rest of the garden....it is looking good with 5/9 (in total number) having wide leaves already.....i think i will begin flowering in 25 days from now....total 57 days from seed....is that a good amount of time for vegetation?
thats a good time for veg, I would go by hite, not time though
