Right, but since medical MJ is taxed, they can apply the same taxes for the public if it became legal... hmm.. :stoned:Quote:

now as U can see, I am right.
Now, its safe to say you have earned rep as typing whatever it is you believe without even checking the laws. you are misguiding people. thanks for decieving our readers!
be an adult by not arguing when U have clearly been proved a liar
These Marijuana tax stamp laws may be on the books in those states but the law is just as the name says it is a Marijuana tax STAMP. You have to get the stamp and then get the Marijuana and pay taxes on the marijuana.
So, for instance, if you take a state that has one of these stamp tax laws on the books you won't be able to get a stamp if as long as it remains illegal in that state. I was wrong when I said that those laws weren't on the books, they were. But you can not get a stamp as long as Marijuana stays illegal, and if you don't get the stamp to pay the taxes you can't have the weed legally, just because you can be charged with tax evasion doesn't mean that you can get the taxed marijuana that these laws were designed for.
whens the last time U tried? hmmmmmm!
thats what i thought!
u didnt try. AGAIN where is your proof or reference?
U lied again......

Gravity, lose the tone or you'll be outta here. There's no need to stoop to name-calling.
Get busted in Minnisota sometime with quantity.......one of your charges, and the most harsh, will be tax evasion. They use this as a means to make a harsher sentence on growers and dealers.
Have a good one!
All this bickering does nothing but confuse the issue. I just signed the thing. Please, just shut-up and do it.
All right, I'd like to chime in here.
As a grower who considers herself a law-abiding citizen in a country with a couple REALLY stupid laws, I would LOVE to be able to decrease the number of laws I'd be breaking by cultivating. The small amount of product that I sell, cheap, to legitimate med users- I'd like to be able to track that as income along with the income from my legitimate job, and pay taxes on it, and have it counted towards my total worth when it comes time to apply for my next mortgage or car loan.
It totally sucks to be marginalized in other ways.
Oh- And that's how they got Capone....
