I am 18. Still waiting to hear from my lawyer on the prosecutor's office though.

Its been over 3 weeks now, 2 days from reaching 4 weeks since the charge and I still haven't heard anything from the court. Also, my attorney went to the prosecutor's office and they didn't have my paperwork yet. This is ridiculous

Trust me, they didn't forget. They just likely are so busy with *coughrealcrimescough* paperwork so when it's a slow day they'll get around to prosecuting your ass (sadly). Sorry to hear they got you man, hope all works out for you.

My lawyer called me today and I have to go in for my arraignment tomorrow morning. My report was filed today I guess along with a disorderly conduct misdemeanor for the senior prank which i did NOT participate in but apparently someone that they interrogated said that I was present during the prank which is false.

The sheriff showed up at my house today with a warrant for my arrest based on what some misinformed kid said about my involvement in the senior prank. (This is completely unrelated to the possession charge) But I'm being arraigned for both charges tomorrow. Hopefully ill be able to get acquited of disorderly conducted considering all i did was ride in a car that drove through the parking lot to check out the damage 10 minutes after everyone was done and gone.

swanman, what is the point in telling them they can't search your car, and then telling them exactly where everything is.... why not let them dig and search for themselves?
