I think weed has helped me to understand that moral law, and the law of the land are not always one and the same.
I also only play music high, otherwise I overthink what I'm doing and it leads to more mistakes, so I prefer to play high because it allows me to feel the music more, and makes me more creative.

I've always hated cops
About the only thing it changed my perception on is that before I smoked, I thought that a normal dime bag was about an ounce, And people smoked pot as often as other people smoke cigerettes.

i think smoking helps you look into yourself. in everyday life we are so focused on the outside world, like our popularity and money and job and friends, that we dont usually take the time to really look into ourselves. not just looking into the world from the mind, but at the mind itself. (does that make sense??) when i smoke i become aware of ME. and of the awareness of me. and i think to myself, about myself and get to know myself. when you look into yourself like that, for me at least, it teaches you to look into everything in that way. like in one way, to not always accept things for their face value. just like in the human mind, in the outer world alot is not as it seems. sometimes i wonder if the REAL reason for weed being illegal is if everyone smoked and had those thoughts that it seems to open up in so many people, our government would not be here for very long at all. that would certainly make sense. anyways the weed-change, its a feeling im pretty sure they havent invented a word for yet. maybe ill invent one..
blaze on, blazers :rastasmoke:

I've made many new friends through connections of the herb, found health benefits, and opened my mind to many new experiences.
I'm still the same person, but I'm more aware of a lot of the bullshit that's still going down politically- I can help change it, though.
I don't see working for The Man a bad thing, on the contrary, it funds my pocket for herb expenses- my work is paying for my weed, and basically negating the work of the anti-pot forces. It's just my small personal contribution by uttering a tiny "fuck you" to the oppressors.

Weed, I think, allows you to use more of your brain when you're stoned.
The wondrous thoughts that the stoned mind comes up with are incredible, and can make one question the very foundations on which life is based.
Weed has done nothing but good. Since I've been smoking it, I've become about 300% more friendly and sociable, I've been able to see through bullshit, as people say, I've become extremely open-minded, and I generally just have the ability to appreciate beauty and wonder as well.

Weed hasn't changed me. It has helped a great deal though. I think billionfold has a valid point. Also the thing about goverment, is that if you see that they are lying to you about one thing, what else could they be lying to you about? Not paranoia to me, just instinct.

As my mate Big G always said to me "It opens ya' third eye" Which I have found it really does, after you have smoked weed you tend to take a more in depth look into life and it's details. I feel I'm a much more cultured person since I have been smoking weed, and certainly a lot more mature.
Billionfolds explanation is a nice one too.
