I accepted the charge but I was wrongly convicted. Is there anything I can do?
Im not lieing about any of it, they had reports of several teenagers on a vehicle, the place we were in has a huge sign saying *Not open to the public after dusk*
We were in before dusk but we started riding the mini moto after dusk, they sent a helicopter which had been in the air for half an hour a van and 2 cars after us. I got my mini moto back eventually. My mate that got arrested has quite a wealthy background and his dad was peeved off so got some people to look into it. So the charges got dropped for him. But he doesnt know how to solve it for me. They ran up to us and tried 2 hit us also but we got on the ground quick heh. I live in England. They wernt patrolling they had reports from people around as mini motos can be loud.

I would say that it was a violation of the Fifth Amendment and tell you to contact the ACLU, but alas, you do not live in America. English law is a complete mystery to me.
If there is any law in England similar to the Fifth Amendment ("You have the right not to incriminate yourself."), then I would go with that defence, say they came - unannounced and without warrant - onto private property, and verbally coerced you into admitting guilt. Not a perfect defence, entirely, but the part about private property should - I think - be the main focus of your defence.

I dont mean to sound like an ass, but if the place wasn't open to public after dusk..and you were there after dusk wouldnt that be trespassing?

That would be a different charge though which they didnt charge me for, they charged me for something which they shouldnt of. And I would happily take that to court because the gates wernt closed when we came in and went out.
