I accepted the charge but I was wrongly convicted. Is there anything I can do?
I was riding a mini moto and in the place they caught us, sent a helicopter n 2 police vans. Me and 5 friends got arrested for the night and we all accepted the charge. But they arrested us for not having driving documents seeing as we were in a public place. But my friends dad is in quite high places and told us at dusk the place is classed as private, but we didnt know that when we accepted the charge. Cant I do anything about this? I live in england

Basically to do what I was doing in a public place I needed insurance and driving documents, which I didnt, but if your on private land you dont, and at the time I was there it was private land, me and my m8s didnt know that but they still charged us and I didnt fancy court so I accepted the warning, and if I get into trouble again I get a criminal record which could fuck up my life, but recently I found out that it was private land when I was riding there, but I have already accepted the warning, but seeing as they charged me for something false, can I somehow reverse it? ie deny it

You need an actual in-person or telephone consultation with a barrister, not advice from strangers on the net.

Sorry to inform you, but land is either private or public, the time of day doesnt change that.
Altho I would need more information about where you were driving to give you further details, also include the state/country.
Being as police were patrolling the area, the area was probably public.

It costs hundreds of dollars to get a helicopter off the ground.. why the hell would they ever send in one to bust an underaged kid riding a moped? Seriously.. did they mistake you for cocaine traffickers or some shit and, to avoid precint embarassment, they slapped you with a stupid technical charge?
