We'll, it was just a suggestion, I didn't know if you saw them Sam. They are both unique and one of a kind, even if lame (like it has been said, anything in the 90's is multi-genre and not necessarily 'scary', and come on lol, Scream was great). But, when Blair Witch first came out, not me personally, but it scared many people shitless.
I thought Alien was pretty scary. Definitely creeped me out with the "old man hand" gripping on to buddy's face and sticking a tube down his throat.
Alien and Jaws was pretty scary. Amityville Horror (the first one),
No shame Billy, apparently I suggested a few 'lame' movies myself lol. Seriously though, Scream 2 and 3 were lame as shit. The original Scream is a classic in 'horror' and film-making itself. A parody of horror movies while maintaining a serious story. And suspense is an understatement. Brilliant lol. A whole new meaning to the term 'gutted'.
Alien was one of the movies I forgot to mention, but then again, I haven't seen it in a long time, and I was pretty damn young the first time.
Also, another one that I was young and saw in the theater and shook me up was 'Event Horizon'. Pretty fucked up overall, and slightly creepy.
OMFG! I LOVED EVENT HORRIZON.. i just saw it like a month ago, was on a site i use for all my movie watching (hti up my email if you want a link, it's in my profile now) i fucking loved that movie.. itw as like a more evil and twisted Sphere...Quote:

Just did the research, and I was 10 years old when I saw it in the theater with my dad. Well, he fell asleep sometime during the flick lol. Honestly, I was shaking a bit. It's just a very odd movie, and I had never seen anything like it. It's alright when it starts off, but progressively gets pretty screwed up, especially towards the end.
And is the site that Ovguide site?
nah, quicksilverfroums.. thanks to them i've seen every movie i could possibly want in the past month, even tho it's still in theaters... more often then not, i see 'em the day after they come out....
Good shit man!...thx...
