the fat hate. i love when people talk like that. buddy, being on y our feet at work all day isnt being active. if you were really active and not eating bad, you wouldnt be fat, its that simple. im not saying you have to be and im not a fat hater, although there is no denying non fat people are better looking, i guess that goes without saying though. my point is if you really were active and eating well you wouldnt be fat, thats the bottom line, cause stone cold said so
and by the way, smoking isnt disrespecting your body. it causes absolutely no physical harm, and before you say well any kind of smoke has to be bad for you do a little research, find out your wrong on your own.

tell me your work out regimen please and also your daily diet. im fully aware of that, have read the article, and i believe it to be yet another classic example of people blaming their problems on a medical condition that while it may exist, could be overcome, like depression. dont get me wrong im not one of those people who doesnt believe in mental illness. but whatever, really it means nothing to me. if telling yourself it is something elses fault you are fat and not your own makes you happy, thats cool by me. whatever lets you sleep at night i say:thumbsup:
There always exceptions, but this is for like .01% of the world. The other 99.99% all they need to do is eat healthy and exercise a bit.Quote:

You don't even have to do anything drastic. Simply cut back on the junk, and move around a little more. In time you'll lose weight automatically. However the harder you work at it, the more benefit you get out of it.
i agree. that was my point with the depression remark as well. i do believe both exist. i also believe that most people who say they have either of those conditions are lying to themselves.
