Explain to me please, How would the people of this world truely ever make life safe? You honestly think some how the USA will stop Everyone from getting nuclear power? You honestly belive we will stop every single Nuclear weapon from going to (the wrong guy)? You think we can keep nuclear power from everyone? (I say nuclear power because the spent rods are what they use in a weapon)
