thanks for the info, now i know why i can eat and eat and never gain weight... i have some fuckin huge legs, i spent most of child-life on a bike, riding from one side of town to the other... probably (literally) 4-5 hours worth of hardcore bike riding everyday for oh... 7+ years?

two words for the overweight, dont eat , just dont do it, or dont eat as much. i just lost 30 pounds over about 2 hungry , months, they is to still eat but just less. i get the munchies really bad, so i drank lots of smoothies or liquids

I firmly believe build as much muscle as you can and go walk or ride a bike...maybe swim....running will cost you knee surgery more often than necessary

There are 3,000 calories in 1 pound of fat. Therefore to lose 1 pound of fat, you must create a caloric defecit of 3,000 calories for your body to consume 1 pound of fat. You do this by eating less and exercising more. Stay away from sodas, little debbie snack cakes, and fast food. Move your fat ass more and eat less... eat as much salads and vegitables as you want , but go easy on the dressing because salad dressing has high fat content.
Drink LOTS of water. Cut out sodas and substitute soda for club soda mixed with natural juice. Don't eat so many carbohydrates (i.e. pasta, white breads... ) and eat more lean protein (such as chicken and fish).
try to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.
