If you want to loose some weight you need to eat less calories. for each kg the body needs one calory pr houor.Meaning if you weigh 60 kg your body will need 60 ch x 24 houers =1140c. If you want to loose 2 kg you drop 48 c pr day and so on. If you take a 20-30 min fast walk every day you should see the results pretty fast. But remember when one diets you loos lots of fluids before fat. And you wil experience that you actually will gain some weight but that will pass. It's yust jour body trying to work against you. Remember that your fatcells will always try to regain the fat they use and loose. Good luck. But most of all: Stand tall and be proud,cause we are all spesiall. And noone gets to tell others that they are worth less than others!!!

Oh ya, good point. I sometimes forget how fast I can run! It seems normal to me and think everyone else can do it. I can run a mile in slight over 6 minutes, I usually do cardio for 30 minutes. Any more, and I'll be more twiggy than I already am :PQuote:
