It runs 450cfm or something and cools all 4 of my lamps, it is the loudest which is really not that loud. Any good model inline fan is going to work great. The sound is really going to come from your duct work and how many bends you have and whether your using insulation or not. But I think youll be happy with either brand, Id go for whichever is cheaper.
