Some of you may have seen this already, its a video of a guy in the library of UCLA I believe.. Hes being tasered repeatedly because he didnt have his school ID to show the police.
This is humans at their worst right here, people get it in their head that just because they have a badge theyre tough shit.

whos the dumbass that filmed that? whoever it was did a halfassed job doing it, couldnt even keep the camera still and he kept making it look at the ceiling
