Some of you may have seen this already, its a video of a guy in the library of UCLA I believe.. Hes being tasered repeatedly because he didnt have his school ID to show the police.

whos the dumbass that filmed that? whoever it was did a halfassed job doing it, couldnt even keep the camera still and he kept making it look at the ceiling
