If you havent noticed...New Orleans is basically in anarchy atm. Blacks are looting everything not tied down. People are being murdered, raped. A Police officer was executed with a bullet to the head when he tried to stop looters. People are shooting at rescue choppers. Hell there was even some black police officers looting up a store.
Anyone associated with the government relief efforts should be relieved of their jobs as soon as possible. Their performance is below pitiful.
And to answer question #1: Of course, he can't. But he could've started whatever the hell it is he is doing days earlier, instead of again wasting time in the face of disaster.Quote:

Why does the looting even matter, all those stores are a total loss, anyway? To bad the 82nd Airborne is busy elsewhere, maybe they could protect all those DVD players, and maybe even rescue a few people.
