ok question 1...
How can he reverse the city being flooded? He cant...
Question 2..
If you havent noticed...New Orleans is basically in anarchy atm. Blacks are looting everything not tied down. People are being murdered, raped. A Police officer was executed with a bullet to the head when he tried to stop looters. People are shooting at rescue choppers. Hell there was even some black police officers looting up a store.

Anyone associated with the government relief efforts should be relieved of their jobs as soon as possible. Their performance is below pitiful.

It didn't take this long for victims of the tsunami to get help and that was halfway around the fucking planet.

Bhall,
We will now see the difference in those who blindly follow incompetence whilst making excuses for the rescue opperation, and those who seek to correct the mistakes being made.

Why does the looting even matter, all those stores are a total loss, anyway? To bad the 82nd Airborne is busy elsewhere, maybe they could protect all those DVD players, and maybe even rescue a few people.

Of course it's a race issue!! God Damn Bush created the largest national disaster in history to oppress the black man!
So far this dude has had terrorists make a MAJOR statement during 9-11; the largest national disaster in U.S. history. And it's alllll Bushes fault for everything! I guess he must not have gotten the key for the "magic wand" cabinet. Damn Clinton must have took it with him!!
