Melonoma(sp?) to be exact. And it's kind of interesting, Melonoma is often seen in Europeans more..Bob's father was a white and english. That's another thing, Bob Marley is just as much white as he is black (give or take the mother's dominant genes) but other than that, he's 50 - 50. I always get weird looks and snickers from black people when i wear my bob marley shirt. It's about the music people. Goddamn.
Yep..not a well known fact that Bob Marley was half white..like you said..his father was white and British.
They originally thought the melanoma on his toe was an injury from playing soccer but in fact it was cancer which spread throughout his body.
Speaking not-well-known facts, (totally un-related to Bob Marley)
Robert Deniro is actually more irish than italian. His mother was of irish ancestry and his father was half italian and half irish..he ended up with an italian last name but he's %75 irish. Weird.
Who's Bob Marley? ;)
No way! That's weird, I never knew that. Interesting.Quote:

Yeah I was saying earlier to some people that the type of person he was, he wouldnt've wanted to live any longer than he did probably. He knew his time had come, he did what he was made to do and it was his time to go. His music and identity wouldn't be as prolific had he survived to this day. Same goes for Hendrix.
do u get that shit in the us?i mean walkin down with a bob t shirt being white do u get hassle?im from ireland and basically cars goin by mostly white people with 50cent boomin out of the sterio, would people look at u funny 4 doin that in america?shit walk by my house any day and its either 2pac r bob comin out of the speakers and iv never had a strange look maybe about the volume but thats it,lolQuote:

Yeah I have the DVD "Rebel Music". It's a documentary about him, it's cool.
It depends on what area you're in, but yes I do get weird looks from some black people when I wear a Bob Marley or Jimi Hendrix shirt. Most of the black people who snicker don't even listen to either of them. When they snicker or laugh, I just smile at them and walk on. There's no sense in making a big deal about it, they're the ones with the problem.
