n2 dilution help ?

Step 1. 4-12 hours before the test take 4 aspirin (not Tylenol or Advil). This step may be repeated every 4-6 hours up until 4 hours before the test.
What kind of aspirin should i be taking ? like cvs brand aspirin ?

Step 2. 3-4 hours before your test, start by drinking 2, 8oz. glasses of water. Water can be substituted for with Cranberry or fruit juice, teas or even soft drinks. Then drink another 8oz. every 15 minutes for the next hour for a total of 6 glasses of water (48oz).
For the first hour, drink just 2 8oz of water, the next hour drink 8oz of water every 15 minutes correct ? also do you guys perfer water or gatorade or what ?

Step 3. In about 1 - 2 hours (depending on your system) you should be voiding â??clearâ?? urine about every 15 - 20 minutes. Continue to drink 3-4 oz. more water to replace what you've voided every 20-30 minutes.
When he says continue to drink 3-4 oz more water to replace what you've voided every 20-30 mins, is he saying with about 2-3 hours before the test stop drinking 8oz every 15-25 mins to 3-4oz of water every 15-25 mins ?

Step 4. 1-2 hours before the test, take vitamin B2 or B complex (about 10 times the daily recommended dosage). If the vitamins are time release, crush them before taking. You may also take vitamin B with each glass of water, 2 times the daily dosage, if you find it easier.
After taking the vitamins.. should u continue to drink water ? if yes, 3-4 oz every 20 mins ?

That's it. Within 30 - 45 minutes of taking your vitamins, if you took your vitamin B in 1 dose, your pee should turn from clear to "vitamin" yellow and remain so for the next 2-4 voids. Be sure you have voided diluted urine at least 3-4 times before you test. It is always best to do a practice run as everyone is different and times may vary. Good luck, remember to post your results, and donâ??t forget that a diluted results, while not the results wanted, IS NOT a failed results but may require a re-test.

1--This step is no longer needed, the test has changed and aspirin does nothing to help now...

2--Gatoraide is better than water, it helps keep up specific gravity...

3--Keep replenishing voided fluids until you take the test...

4--Every time you void...

With today's tests, you also need to address creatine and specific gravity levels. There are test strips you can buy to do so...

You really need to do a run through a few days before the test. Everyone's body is different, my personal timing with this procedure is much tighter than N2's. You won't know until you practice...

well.. i konw that everyone says they dont work on this site but i already bought one so im going to use it.. i bought the STRIP NC... i gues ill be taking it with about 2 hours left where u take the vitamins ? any suggestions on that ? and should i drink water than gatorade then water then gatorade or just stick to one ? and also.. my test is tommorow and i work all day today so i cant really try this out.. any other suggestions would be awesome.. :rastasmoke:

edit-.. my test is with labcorp and ive heard a lot of people say that you can sneak it in ? how is it possible to get this shit in ? like wha would u put it in without going and buying a specific piece for it?

Substitution is way easier than dilution, anyone can do it.

I get a pretty big discount on my company insurance by requiring my employees to take a pre employment UA...

I figure that if they can't figure out simple substitution, they're too stupid to work for me anyway...

Strip is just dilution, it may or may not have ingredients to help keep up your specific gravity. It will also make your yellow...

no i havent .. it said tha u need to do it like 2-3 days before and i just found this site last nite

but if im going to take strip nc.. do u still need to do the dilution steps at all ? or like i said before do the steps and take the strip nc with like 2 hours before ?

ALL detox products are a scam to prey upon the uninformed and fearful and taking their cash. When they work at all, they do so because of dilution.

As Jerry pointed out, you need to load up on creatine 2-3 days before the U/A if any dilution technique is to be utilized. It takes the body 2-3 days to convert creatine into creatinine (the end waste product that is found in the urine and tested for at the labs). Therefore, the creatine thats found in the magic detox potions will do no good when its consumed on the day of the U/A (as required by the products instructions).

Youre better off just to dump that snake oil product and utilize the dilution sticky (sans the aspirin step, of course).

if i substitute the 2 hours before test where i am supose to take the vitamins, with the STRIP NC drink n pills.. which i believe i am giong to do anyways since i dont have the pills... do you guys believe this will dilute my piss too much ? even after taking hte drink and pissnig 2-4 times before my test ?
