I am interviewing a few people this week and next. Ideally though, I am hoping to get someone with a lot of growing experience and so far I have had some good, interested people, but not any with experience.

An experienced grower would be the ideal!
I have been growing cannabis 8 years hydroponically, Give me 8 plants to demo what I can do, and put me up against other growers. Best grower gets the job.
